In Kissimmee, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Florida vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Smitty's Auto Repair Inc at (407) 846-6767; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is smittysautorepair.app, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Kissimmee is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kissimmee follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I’ve been going to Smitty’s for over 10 years, and I can confidently say they are the only place I truly trust with every vehicle my family owns. From routine maintenance to more complex repairs, Smitty’s has always been consistent, reliable, and honest. What really sets them apart is their fair pricing and honest diagnostics. They take the time to explain what’s going on, what actually needs to be fixed, and what can wait, without pressure or upselling. You never feel like you’re being talked into unnecessary work, which is rare these days. It’s always straight answers and transparency. The customer service is excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about helping you, not just making a sale. Turnaround times are reasonable, and the work is done right the first time. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust long-term, and Smitty’s has earned that trust with my family year after year. If you’re looking for an honest, dependable, and fairly priced auto shop, I highly recommend Smitty’s.

🚨BEST AUTO REPAIR EXPERIENCE IN KISSIMMEE! 🚨 I rarely write reviews, but after my recent visit to Smitty’s Auto Repair Inc, I HAD to share how amazing this place is! From start to finish, their professionalism, skill, and customer service blew me away. My 2003 Nissan 350Z needed ignition coils and a valve cover gasket replaced two jobs that can be tricky and expensive. But Smitty handled it flawlessly. His technician took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and delivered top-notch workmanship. The car runs smoother than ever now! The pricing was extremely fair for the quality of work, and they even topped off my synthetic oil at no extra hassle. I felt completely confident leaving my car with them and that trust was 100% earned. They’re efficient, honest, and genuinely care about their customers and their vehicles. If you want a reliable shop that won’t nickel and dime you, Smitty’s Auto Repair is THE place to go in Kissimmee. Five stars don’t even do them justice. I’ll be back for every service my car needs and I’m telling everyone I know to do the same. If you want your car fixed right the first time by people who care, don’t hesitate make an appointment n
